Terms & Conditions
Registration & Fees: A flat fee of $200 (ex GST) applies per school registration. This "School Pass" grants access for up to three (3) staff members from the same institution to attend the nominated professional development session.

Invoicing & Payment: No upfront payment is required at the time of online registration. All invoicing will be processed and issued by Queensland Computers following the completion of the event. By registering, the school agrees to accept invoicing under their existing Queensland Computers account terms. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, following the same procedure as hardware/device procurement.

Cancellations & Transfers: We understand that school priorities can shift. Please provide written notice of cancellation to sandy.g@queenslandcomputers.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the session. Registrations are transferable between staff members within the same school at any time.
Session Confirmation: All sessions are subject to minimum enrollment numbers. In the event of a venue change or rescheduling, registered attendees will be notified via their provided email address at least 7 days in advance. Mindflight 7 and Queensland Computers reserve the right to cancel a session if minimum numbers are not met, in which case no invoice will be issued.
