  1. Offer Period: The promotional offer is valid from [Launch Date] until 11:59 PM AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

  2. Eligibility: To qualify for the fully-funded Teacher Professional Development (PD) session, the school must formally confirm one of the following before the offer period ends:

    • A Whole-School VR Incursion booking with a strict minimum of 100 participating students.

    • A paid XR Lab Demo booking (minimum spend of $975 ex GST, plus applicable travel cost reimbursements).

  3. Confirmation Mechanics: A booking is considered "confirmed" when a Mindflight7 quote is officially accepted/signed by an authorised school representative or a required deposit is paid prior to the June 30 deadline.

  4. Delivery Timeframe: The booked Incursion or XR Lab Demo, as well as the accompanying Free Teacher PD session, must be scheduled and delivered by the end of Term 4, 2026.

  5. The Reward (Free PD): Limited to one (1) free Teacher PD session per school, capped at a maximum of 25 participating staff members. The session will run for a standard duration (up to 2 hours) and will be delivered either on-site (on the same day as the incursion/demo) or remotely via video link. Any travel costs applicable to on-site delivery outside standard service areas will be charged to the school.

  6. General Exclusions: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, partner grants, or reseller promotions. The free PD is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for a discount on the invoice total.
