At Mindflight7, we've always believed in the power of immersive learning to unlock potential. That's why we're incredibly proud and grateful to announce our partnership with Griffith University on their groundbreaking PlaySTEM initiative. This collaboration is a testament to our shared commitment to empowering the next generation, especially young women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, to explore exciting careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
The PlaySTEM program, led by the inspiring team of female academics at Griffith University – Dr. Xi Wen (Carys) Chan, Dr. Mai Nguyen, and Jennifer-Leigh Campbell – is truly making a difference. Funded by the Queensland Government, PlaySTEM uses innovative approaches like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, virtual reality, and meaningful role model engagement to build confidence, spark curiosity, and foster a strong sense of belonging in STEM fields.
We're thrilled to contribute our expertise to a program that so closely aligns with our mission of creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. Seeing the positive impact PlaySTEM is having on young minds is incredibly rewarding, and we are grateful for the opportunity to play a part in shaping a more inclusive and diverse future for STEM.
